Etos kerja yang kuat biasanya ditandai dengan kedisiplinan, konsistensi, tanggung jawab, serta kemampuan bekerja sama dengan tim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di Indonesia, generasi Z (lahir sekitar tahun 1997\u20132012) kini mulai mendominasi dunia kerja. Menurut data BPS (2023), lebih dari 27% tenaga kerja di Indonesia berasal dari kelompok usia ini, dan jumlahnya terus bertambah setiap tahun. Faktanya, Gen Z bukan tidak memiliki etos kerja, melainkan membawa cara baru dalam memandang pekerjaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan pendekatan komunikasi yang tepat, pelatihan soft skills, sistem kerja fleksibel, serta dukungan mentorship, Gen Z dapat tumbuh menjadi generasi pekerja yang produktif, inovatif, dan loyal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di sisi lain, perusahaan juga harus beradaptasi. Dunia kerja masa depan bukan lagi sekadar soal jam kerja panjang, tetapi tentang bagaimana menciptakan keseimbangan, keterlibatan, dan keberlanjutan.
